About us

Hudson's Bakery is family owned and grew out of a need for the owner Sandra Hudson to provide GF options for her celiac children to take to school in their lunch boxes. Being fussy eaters, it was hard to find anything remotely appealing for them to eat. Kirsten Paris, the head chef, came on board and together, with a few GF expert baking friends, they developed a selection of homemade, traditional farm-style, made-in-your-grandma's-kitchen type food. Simple, delicious baked goods that will take you back to your childhood.
